Use of this site

The website is owned and operated by Artist Limited (Artists Ltd) which is a UK registered limited company. The site incorporates a range of free to use facilities designed to enable artists to display and discuss their work and to promote their art. The content of the site is therefore originated in part by the general public and as such Artists Ltd acknowledge all copyrighted material to be the property of the rightful owners and will remove from the site any material that is reported to constitute a breach of copyright. By making use of the facilities provided by the site, either as a user or as a member, you undertake to be bound by the terms and conditions of use.
The site is provided for UK based members / customers and as a UK based company the activities of Artists Ltd operates entirely under the jurisdiction of current UK legislation. Where uploaded material is reported to the Company as being in breach of UK legislation it will removed and where possible the contributor notified as to why such action was taken.
Artists Ltd additionally reserve the right to delete content which it considers to be inappropriate at it's own discretion without reference to the contributor.
Environmental Considerations

We are a 'Green Company'- wherever possible we use recycled boxes and packaging.

Delivery

Artists Ltd have sourced specialist materials from around the world. It is not always possible to hold stock of all our lines either because of the nature of the item, which may have a limited shelf life, or in the case of chemicals specific storage requirements or even because of the vast range we can supply some lines have to be specifically ordered from the supplier for a specific customer. Where ever possible we aim to deliver in 3 days by overnight signed for courier service. Please bear in mind however that we cannot guarantee this for the reasons above. Please contact us by email or telephone if your order is urgent we can discuss it with you.

The shop is designed to service customers within the United Kingdom. For International customers please email us for further information.

All prices are expressed in Pounds Sterling. Through our secure on-line ordering system we accept all major payment cards.

Delivery Charges

We have a set UK delivery charge of £5 (+VAT) on orders under £100 (+VAT). Orders over £100 (+VAT) will delivered free of charge.

Privacy

The Vital SafeShop Website is protected by industry standard SSL technology, therefore any information you give us can only be accessed by ourselves, all information is stored on secure servers.

We only collect information from customers in order to fulfill orders, we may from time to time contact you by email to inform you of special offers/promotions we are running.

We never pass on information about our customers to any third party without your consent.

Membership of the Artists Ltd site is free.
At the checkout stage within the store you will be invited to register your details or alternatively to enter your member name and password if you are already a member but have not signed in.

Membership is entirely optional and serves two purposes.
Firstly to avoid having to enter your full details again on any subsequent visit and additionally to make use of some of the features of the Artists Limited site, such as setting up your own gallery pages and participating in the interactive elements of the site.
Please note that no payment details are retained by the system and will need to be re-entered whenever a purchase is made.

We comply with all appropriate manufacturers' warranties.
